Gentle Kripalu Yoga

Yoga is truly meditation in motion. In this blend between Kripalu Yoga, a gentle Westernized style, and Skellegense (my personal practice) you will learn how to tune into this knowledge in a fun and healing class. You will connect with your body in a new way, finding balance, core strength, and flexibility. This practice is great for those who want to move from yoga as primarily a workout into yoga as a gentle relationship with the awakening self. 

All levels of experience welcome. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. Sessions are 1 hour long.
